Ballyboughal Ladies u16’s

Our Ladies u16’s compete in Division 3. They are guided along the way by a great panel of coaches in Sinead Kennedy, Greg Lawless and Sally Farrell.

As the league campaign comes to an end for 2019 well done to all involved with the u16’s as they come second in the league having lost only one game for the entire campaign. Well done to all and best of luck in the forthcoming Championship Campaign which starts in late August.

U/16s Girls re-fixed match against Ravens did not disappoint. Cracking game of football with both teams treating the supporters to a great display of skill and determination. Ended up a draw with scoreline of 3-9 a piece.. Well done to both teams ladies football is going from strength to strength in the Fingal area. It was great to see both Ciara Daly and Jessica Kelleher back from injury and joining their teammates on field of play.

Ballyboughal u16’s had an outstanding game against Parnells today. Truly an amazing team performance coming away with 9 -13 to 3-4 win. Thanks to Kate Carthy, Kate McGill and Niamh Kennedy from the 14s panel for the support and great games over last few matches as we have struggled with so many injuries.

The Ladies were out in the league on Sunday 7th April in Naomh Oalfs,  Sandford and had a great win of 9-5 – 1-4. The whole panel and coaches would like to wish a speedy recovery to Molly Carthy who unfortunately broke her leg during the game. Molly had an outstanding game up until she got injured and all her team mates wish her the very best
